Tasty FreeFrom Foods from Northern Ireland at Casual Dining


Northern Ireland's expertise in the development and production of 'FreeFrom' foods is being showcased at the Casual Dining Show (Stand No M510) at the Business Design Centre, London on 25-26 February.



On show in the Northern Ireland Naturally presentation is a broad range of foods from companies which are recognised throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland as producers of quality products which combine outstanding taste with features being demanded increasingly in global markets such those free from gluten.



'FreeFrom' is a fast developing category within Northern Ireland's £4.5 billion food and drink industry which already supplies quality products to customers in over 80 countries worldwide. Food and drink is Northern Ireland's biggest manufacturer and a major exporter.



Five companies will be showing a comprehensive range of foods suitable for restaurants, pubs, hotels and contract caterers. Most have senior sales staff on site to sample products and brief potential customers about the features of their foods and new developments.



The Northern Ireland Naturally presentation is being hosted by Invest Northern Ireland, the UK region's business development body which organises participation in food and drink events worldwide.
