Morelli's ice cream business was established in Northern Ireland in 1911 and currently operates a network of shops as well as supplying major re retailers in both parts of Ireland. In addition, the company has a portable vending services for festivals and other events.

Morelli's makes fifty different varieties. 44 Flavours of ice cream from the classic Double Cream Vanilla to the more adventurous Rhubarb & Custard and disbetic friendly 'Senza', Three frozen yogurts made with Clandeboye Estate Greek-style yogurt and three refreshing fruit sorbets. New and limited edition flavours are launched periodically.

In January 2018, Morellis launched new eye-catching packaging in 950ml take home tubs available in flavours such as double vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, honeycomb, raspberry ripple and sea salted caramel and are being launched by Tesco Northern Ireland.

A new range of individual 125ml sized spoon-in-lid pots in five flavours- double cream vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, sea salted caramel and honeycomb. For symbol groups and independents, Morelli's is providing a special branded freezer and point of sale promotional material.
